Cheryl Nachbauer is an innovation strategist, designer, and founder of Colibri Design Collective, where she works at the intersection of accessibility, immersive experience design, civic systems, and rapid prototyping.
Her work combines principles from themed entertainment, architecture, behavioral design, and live event logistics to create more adaptive and emotionally intelligent systems. Cheryl has led accessibility focused design initiatives for large scale public experiences, including the development of a real time accessibility and belonging system for Cincinnati Pride 2026.
