Sarah leads Michelman’s IT organization, which includes help desk services, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and data platforms. She shapes and executes strategic IT initiatives that align with business objectives, while ensuring robust infrastructure, strong cybersecurity measures, and data-driven decision-making capabilities across global manufacturing operations.
Sarah has certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), ITIL 4 Foundation & Digital Strategy, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and IBM AI Engineering.
