Wanda Hayes has more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology, with a diverse background spanning roles such as software development, business analysis, program/project management, database administration, Six Sigma Black Belt and software quality assurance. Throughout most of her career, she has specialized in Software Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on test automation. Wanda has held technology roles at organizations including Procter & Gamble, General Electric, and Nielsen. She currently serves as the Director of SQA Automation at Western & Southern Financial Group, where she leads enterprise software quality automation initiatives and is helping establish the organization's AI testing and evaluation capabilities.
